I'm currently on my third assignment with a staffing agency, and my contract is set to end in three weeks. I've reached out to my recruiter for clarity on whether my contract will be extended or if there's a possibility of a full-time offer, but I haven't received a clear answer. I took this role knowing it was only for three months, as it was a better option than being unemployed. Unfortunately, despite my efforts in attending interviews, I haven't been able to secure a permanent position. I'm starting to wonder if I should just assume that I will be out of a job soon.
