I've been working at the same company for 25 years, and transitioning to a new career feels incredibly daunting. The world has changed so much in that time, especially in technology, and I feel like I'm out of touch with what's out there. Earlier this year, I started applying for new positions, confident that my extensive experience would help me land something new. However, despite my years of service, I haven't received any responses from potential employers. It's disheartening, and I find myself feeling stuck in my current job, which I consider less than ideal.
