I recently had a positive interview with a recruiter for a position I'm really excited about. During our conversation, he mentioned that he would be sharing his notes with the hiring manager and would let me know by Friday if I would be moving forward in the process. This has left me feeling a bit uncertain, as I've had experiences in the past where similar phrasing seemed to indicate that I wasn't progressing to the next stage. I'm wondering if this is a typical part of the process or if it signals that I might not be moving on. I appreciate any insights from those who have been in a similar situation!

I just had an in-person interview for a marketing position at a tech company, and I felt it went really well. However, I'm unsure whether I should send a thank-you email since I don't have the hiring manager's email, only the recruiter's. I've always sent thank-you emails after interviews in my previous roles, but I'm questioning if it truly makes a difference, especially since they are making a decision tomorrow. I'm leaning towards sending a note through the recruiter to express my gratitude and recap some points from the interview. I believe it could help reinforce my interest in the role, even if it doesn't guarantee anything. I appreciate any advice on this!

I have an upcoming interview for an Operations Specialist role on Monday. It's going to be an in-person interview lasting 30 minutes with the manager, followed by a case study interview. I've never done a case study interview before, and I'm feeling a bit nervous about it. I'm looking for tips on how to prepare effectively. I appreciate any advice to help me get ready!

I've been on the job hunt for about a month now, and unfortunately, I've faced a string of rejections. I'm really anxious to find a new job quickly, and I'm starting to wonder if my resume is the issue. I've reached out for feedback and would appreciate any tips or insights anyone might have. Some comments suggested that I should include my college name, while others pointed out that the structure of my resume might need some adjustments. I've also been told that my job titles seem misaligned. I know a month isn't a long time in this tough job market, but the rejections are really getting to me. It seems like the economy is affecting everyone right now.
