I recently faced a tough setback after being rejected by Apple for an early career EPM role. I went through multiple rounds of interviews, and I genuinely felt that they went well. The managers I spoke with were positive about my responses, which made the rejection hit even harder. I had invested a lot of time and effort into preparing for this opportunity, and it felt like my only chance to break into a FAANG company. Since receiving the automated rejection late last night, I've been feeling devastated and questioning my abilities. I'm torn about whether to reach out to the recruiter to express my interest in future roles or if it’s better to just move on. It’s a confusing and emotional time for me.

I interviewed for a position at a company last Friday, and I was feeling optimistic about how it went. However, I noticed on Monday that the job posting was back on their website after being absent over the weekend. This has me worried that I might not be moving forward in the process. I haven't received any rejection yet, so I'm torn about whether I should reach out to the recruiter today or wait a few days. Since I don't have the email of the person I interviewed with, my only option is to follow up with the recruiter. I'm really unsure if I should just move on or seek clarity. Any advice would be appreciated!

I’m feeling completely burnt out from my job search and am contemplating a hard reset. I’ve tried everything imaginable: messaging recruiters, networking, tailoring my resume for each application, and even improving my LinkedIn profile. Despite applying to nearly 600 full-time roles, I haven’t received a single callback—not even from recruiters. It’s perplexing because during my internship and co-op applications, I created a separate email for job applications and received about 3-4 callbacks from just 50 applications. Now, with a stronger resume and more experience, I’m getting nothing. I’m considering starting fresh by creating a new email and phone number since I worry that my old applications, which featured less impressive resumes, might be affecting my chances. I’m curious if anyone else has done a complete reset like this and if it helped or just made things worse. I’d appreciate any insights or experiences from those who have been in a similar situation.
