I recently came across an article discussing how many employers are ghosting college graduates and even rescinding job offers right before they start. This really struck a chord with me, as I have several friends who have experienced this firsthand. It's disheartening to see how many talented individuals are left in limbo after being promised a position, only to have it taken away at the last minute. The morale among my peers is really taking a hit, and it's frustrating to witness such a lack of professionalism from companies.
