Applied at Amazon for Customer Support

I recently graduated with a degree in finance and have been actively searching for jobs. However, most of the opportunities I’m finding are in customer support, which, while they offer good pay, make me feel uncertain since I have no experience in dealing with customers. I have a walk-in interview at Amazon for a customer support role in two days, and I'm really conflicted about whether I should go for it or not. I know it could be a good opportunity, but I'm not sure if it's the right fit for me.
