    Applied to a Job Feeling Thinking

    I am currently working part-time in Customer Service at a grocery chain. I've noticed that a full-time desk job at our district office has been posted three times since June. This seems unusual for a role that shouldn't have such high turnover. I've applied each time, but only received a response for an interview during this third posting, and they contacted me in less than 10 days. I'm starting to wonder if this is a red flag regarding the position. Is it appropriate for me to ask why the job is open again? Also, should I inquire why they decided to move forward with my application now instead of the previous times?

    Applied to a Job Feeling Planning Thinking

    I have been working part-time at a retail location for the past year. Back in June, I applied for a full-time admin position that was posted on our internal job board. I was excited to receive an email stating that I met the requirements and would be considered for the role. However, in July, I found out that they selected another candidate. Now, I see that the same position has been posted again on the job board. I'm contemplating whether I should apply again or if it would just be a waste of time.
