I have been in a challenging situation for over a year now since I was placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) at my previous job. It was a tough experience, and I have been working hard to improve my skills and demonstrate my value. Despite my efforts, I still feel the impact of that PIP on my job search and overall confidence. I'm actively looking for new opportunities and hoping to find a role where I can thrive and contribute positively.
